The Team

Donald Hogan, CEO, Founder

Donald has 30 years experience in information technology including marketing, sales and software development at Burroughs Corporation. His experience includes work with three startup companies performing message management, data translation and SAP Integration for the Automotive Industry. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Operations Research from Kent State University.

John Boulahanis, PE, Director, Business Development and Strategy

John’s been focused on strategy and business development for 25 years. His experience spans product development (hardware and software), testing, quality, finance, logistics, customer care, and operations providing high impact sustainable solutions resulting in millions of dollars positive impact to the bottom line. John holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Michigan and a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University.

Vince Chmielewski, Director, Marketing

Vince has a BS in computer science from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. He has been in the IT industry for 20 years. Vince is now serving on the Local Development Funding Authority (LDFA) SmatZone board, which provides funding in support of high technology enterprises in the Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor area.

Manfred Heisen, Board of Advisors

Manfred Heisen is a sales and strategic partnership advisor to KnowledgeWatch.  Mr. Heisen previously worked as Vice President International Business Development for Covisint, an information technology company originally launched as a consortium of General Motors, Ford and Daimler Chrysler. Later, Compuware Corporation acquired Covisint, expanding the business into healthcare, oil and gas, and other industries. Manfred also worked for SAP, where he created the SAP Partners Program.
