Donald Hogan, CEO, Founder
Donald has 30 years experience in information technology including software marketing, sales and development at Burroughs Corporation. His work experience includes time with three startup companies performing message management, data translation and SAP Integration for the Automotive Industry. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Operations Research from Kent State University.
John Boulahanis, PE, Director Business Development and Strategy
John’s been focused on strategy and business development for 25 years. His experience spans product development (hardware and software), testing, quality, finance, logistics, customer care, and operations. John holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Michigan and a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University.
Lori Byron, Director of Marketing
Over the last fifteen years, Lori has led marketing strategy and execution for software, financial and professional services companies. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
Bruce Glanville, Customer Implementation Manager
Bruce brings 20 years experience in operations, IT, management consulting and financial analysis, including five years with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Bruce holds an MBA in Operations Management & Finance from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University.

Manfred Heisen, Board of Advisors
Manfred Heisen is Vice President International Business Development for Covisint, an information technology company originally launched as a consortium of General Motors, Ford and Daimler Chrysler. Later, Compuware Corporation acquired Covisint, expanding the business into healthcare, oil and gas, and other industries. Previously, Manfred worked for SAP, where he created the SAP Partners Program.
