and clients, we additionally keep information about which KnowledgeWatch learning content modules have been visited and your
respective test scores. Other than to provide this information to you as a service feature, we use
this information to improve the effectiveness of site content and content testing processes.
At Digital Knowledge, the privacy of your
personal information is paramount. This stands true for our website Visitor,
Registered Guest and Client information. We do not disclose or provide
any client information to affiliated or unaffiliated companies for
their independent use. Non-personal, aggregate group statistics are used and
treated very carefully. We may use or discuss aggregate data statistics with
our affiliates, clients and potentially publish relevant aggregate statistics on
KnowledgeWatch. We will also provide client information when required or allowed
by law, such as in response to subpoenas or requests by governmental regulators or

certain rights to get information about you in our records. If you want access to any information
we keep about your use of KnowledgeWatch, make a request to KnowledgeWatch. To requesting Registered
Guests or Subscribing Clients upon request, we will provide information we have on file about you and your use of KnowledgeWatch
and you may provide us corrected information.
