Started in 1999, Digital Knowledge was founded by Donald Hogan. Mr. Hogan possesses an extensive 25 year background in the information industry. His most recent 10 years of work have been focused in the Electronic Commerce software and service industry.
Mr. Hogan has significant experience and contributions in a wide range of work starting from application software program product development to successful sales and marketing management and executive operations management in developing software companies.
  • For four years he was sales and marketing manager for a software and services company delivering solutions in the application of advanced, mission-critical, enterprise EC message management and communications.
  • As sales and marketing manager for an innovative, advanced EC data translation company, he led the quadrupling of sales revenues over four years.
  • Most recently, as vice president operations, he directed and managed the successful startup of the US subsidiary for a supply chain EC consulting and software company specializing in high performance logistics integrated with the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system.
  • Mr. Hogan began his career with several years of application software development work with Burroughs Corporation creating program products solutions for their mainframe product lines.
  • Mr. Hogan holds a Bachelor degree in mathematics, with minors in computer science and operations research - Kent State University, Kent, Ohio.
